Refund Policy

Every account starts with a free trial so you can try the service before paying.

If you're not satisfied, email support@surelyup.com within 14 days of a payment (monthly or yearly) and we'll refund it in full. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.
